Located in the Lot on the heights of Luzech which is 19 km from Cahors, in a quiet location in the middle of nature and surrounded by woods and vineyards on a plot of 1800 m2,
It is a house for 6 people (with children allowed) with an area of 134 m2 on the mezzanine ideal for relaxing and resting in nature or around the private 7 x 4 swimming pool with electric and heated shutter or enjoy many walks, many tourist sites in the surroundings: Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, Saint Cirq Lapopie, figeac, the Pech-Merle caves........., the delights of its vineyard (vine of the Queen of Denmark opposite), its Quercy lamb, walnuts, Quercy saffron, meanders of the Lot with its landscapes and boat rental in Luzech...
It is a new house built in 2011 on stilts with a very large wooden terrace of 40 m2 located facing south, perched in the trees with a swimming pool on the same level as this one.
There is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen in a central island of 45 m2 very bright and in direct contact with the terrace of 40 m2 suspended in the trees. The mezzanine "bedroom" of 24 m2 (bed 160 cm) allows you to have a view of the top of the Lot valley.
There are 2 further bedrooms of 11 m2 (bed 140 cm) and a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room, as well as a cellar.

Excellente adresse
La maison est parfaite, atypique et a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour.
La piscine est un régal et la terrasse dans les arbres est splendides.
Les voisins du dessus sont adorables et nous ont conseillé beaucoup de lieux à découvrir

Séjour agréable dans un environnement calme et reposant. Hôtes charmants et accueillants. L'équipement de la maison est conforme à la description. Nous avons pu profitez pleinement des chemins de randonnées qui bordent les alentours et qui permettent facilement de se rendre sur Luzech ou Crayssac. L'espace "piscine chauffée" a été très apprécié lors des journées couvertes.
