Very clean and comfortable caravan. very nice owners. Very good location. Close to the beach and Fantasy Island, only 3 minutes walk. The bus runs every 10 minutes. Family bar available. Children's discos every day. fish and chips open until late

Lovely, clean caravan. Spacious shower and lots of room for us all- 4 adults 2 teens. Close to all the rides, shops, beach etc, within walking distance. Very helpful and friendly host and loved the little touches of some tea, coffee and small toiletries provided. Very helpful when we had a small issue with the kettle.

Good location, walking distance to ingoldmells market. The caravan looked modern and the cleanliness was great, good fresh smell. Bargain for this caravan thank you. Will definitely be booking again.

Not really something bad but I am disabled and I wanted to try a normal caravan to see how I got on. Got in and around the caravan with ease, was just tricky getting into the shower as there was a big step into the shower for me, would not hold this against them at all.
