Exuding rustic charm, the 2-storey home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 double bedrooms (an extra single bed can be added if applicable) as well as 3 bathrooms (one that connects to the garden/ outdoor area) and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in all bedrooms), a washing machine, a fireplace as well as a baby cot and a highchair upon request. The property also has a fireplace and a woodstove, however, the fireplace can not be used. The highlight of the property is definitely its private outdoor area with a garden, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and a pool. Relax with a good book on the comfortable sun loungers or dine on one of your terraces while you enjoy the mountain view. After a one-minute drive (1 km) you can get to Cala Sant Vicenc, approximately 3 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Pollença and in 7 minutes driving the centre of Port de Pollença. In both towns you will find a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as supermarkets. In 7 minutes driving you will also reach the long, sandy beach in Port de Pollença where you can soak up the sun. Furthermore, Palma de Mallorca airport is just a 45-minute drive away (63.5 km).
