FLH Augusta's Arch Sophisticated Flat

The location was perfect as it was only one street behind the beautiful Praça do Comércio square. Everything in the area was within easy walking distance and close to public transport. The apartment was large, in a lovely clean building and was well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and although there is a noisy pedestrian street nearby, you can’t hear any street noise once the windows are closed. The double glazing is excellent.

A kitchen pack is supplied that consisted of a sponge, dishcloth, small bottle of dish washing liquid and 1 dishwasher tablet but it would’ve been useful to supply a washing machine pod/tablet too, as people won’t want to buy a whole box of them if they are only on a short break. A few teabags and coffee pods would be a welcome addition.

A very large flat with a comfortable bed and good facilities in a great location. It is in a very central, flat location for Lisbon and it has a lift. Even though it's central it is very quiet due to excellent double glazing on the windows.

The only thing we can think to mention is that guests are only left one dishwasher tablet even though we stayed 5 nights.

Location is very central, everything is walkable, including tram starting point, train to Sintra , the arch and the sea front. All the restaurants around were great , and had some fab breakfast/brunch experiences.

It would have been great to have received dish washing tablet or two , couple of coffee pods to get started with . Nonetheless, it’s great property in a great location!

Preis/Leistung ist wahrscheinlich ok und die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wer also nur eine Homebase sucht und nicht viel Zeit dort verbringen will, ist hier ggf. richtig. Ich habe mich aber nicht wohl gefühlt.

Viele Details machen die Wohnung ungemütlich: Sauberkeit: in Ordnung, aber nicht gut. Viele Flächen sind fleckig oder schlierig. Ein paar Kissen haben unangenehm gerochen. Ruhe: Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr touristischen Viertel; da ist es normal, dass es nur morgens ruhig ist. Aber es wabert beständig der Geruch von Fritierfett durch diese Straße. Technik: - In meiner Wohneinheit lief eine Toilettenspülung ständig säuselnd durch. - Die Umschalter zwischen Handbrause und Regendusche klemmte. - Einige Lichter flackerten. - Irgendeine Lüftung lief zudem ständig. Interieur: - Das Interieur ist (in die Jahre gekommen aber und größtenteils) in Ordnung, aber ungemütlich zusammengewürfelt/gestellt. - Es ist ja wirklich nett, wenn man eine (feste) Handseife gestellt bekommt, aber wieso gibt es mehrere (leere) Flüssigseifenspender, jedoch keine Seifenschale? - Wieso gibt es einen Schminktisch/Arbeitsplatz im Schlafzimmer, aber keinen Stuhl dazu? - Wieso eine absurd vollständig ausgestattete Küche (bspw. Standmixer und Pürierstab), aber keinen Fön? - Wieso hat das Wohnzimmer drei Deckenbeleuchtungen (Pendel, Spots und Deckenleuchte in teils gemischten Lichttemperaturen). - Wieso hängen die Bilder alle schief? - Wieso gibt es so viele Stolperfallen? Sich aufrollende Teppichecken und Türstopper.
