📍 This apartment is located on Rua de São Julião, in the heart of historic Lisbon, just 1 minute from the iconic Arco da Rua Augusta. It is a 7-minute walk from Elevador de Santa Justa and 10 minutes from Castelo de São Jorge, in one of the city's most emblematic areas.
The space

Other things to note
Check-in is done autonomously, via a personal access code sent before arrival, with the apartment available between 15:00 and 16:30, and check-out by 11:00. If you prefer, in-person check-in can be arranged upon request, with a fee of €10 for arrivals after 20:00, €20 after 23:00 and €30 after 01:00 (may not be possible after this time).
The building has no lift but the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Hot water is supplied by a 100-litre boiler, generally sufficient for 4-5 people; longer showers may exhaust capacity, requiring 30 to 60 minutes to reheat.
There is no parking in the building, but there are nearby car parks (Baixa-Chiado and Restauradores), both open 24 hours. It is mandatory to respect Portugal's legal quiet hours (20:00–08:00). Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted. Cot available upon request.
