The apartment is grand. The only problem I had was parking, and although I was told parking was available, in actual fact it is more complex: easier in the winter, but pressure of cars in summer I would guess not at all easy, and only in any case secured by moving the vehicle around from timed position to timed position.

Perfect central location to all Teignmouth has to offer.

Central Location, modern one bedroom apartment

The apartment is heated by three electrical radiators which took time to heat up and appeared to lower the temperature that i had originally set, making the place always feel chilly.

nice place, but needs blackout blinds or move the security light away from window.

We were Woken up a least a Dozen Times During the night and the early hours of the mornings during our stay here. There is a security light that’s right opposite the bedroom window, when it’s triggered it lights up the whole bedroom. The bedroom needs a blackout blind,or something.

Brilliant!

Absolutely spotless and new. Very convenient location for everything. Car parking was a lot easier than it might have been (buy a week's council car park pass). Plenty of local facilities. Nice welcome pack

Bed too soft. TV picture weird - that's how tiny the faults with this great apartment, literally little else to moan about. Noisy and aggressive seagulls!

Great base for exploring Devon

Very good location for Teignmouth pubs and restaurants and great beaches close by.

Parking was difficult at times and very loud seagulls during the night. Shower was quite weak and it was difficult to get the right temperature.

Superb

Brilliant location literally 2 minutes from the back river harbour and 2 minutes from the sea front. Right in the heart of the little town centre. Easy parking. The flat is lovely - beautifully decorated, feels almost brand new, very clean, light and airy with lovely big windows in the lounge.

It was all good!
