Good value for money, well-sized and pleasant location.
Nice, bright and modern apartment. Good facilities for self catering and spacious. Recently re-furbished. Near to shops and to beach front. Sofa was very comfy.
We have stayed at quite a few places over the years and the check in seemed quite late at 4pm and the check out was quite early at 9.30. I think it would have been good to have some thinner bedding options as bedroom got pretty warm.

Very good
Location good if you don't need actual sea view; quite close to sea front and shops. Very close to a car parks, although nearest is short stay (4 hours max and then no return for 4 hours, but free overnight) Not much wear and tear on furnishings etc; still fresh from re-equipment when we visited. Good sound proofing from other flats.
Front door lock is tricky to operate. Eventually we got the knack, but it could do with replacing. Bed quilts are full winter weight and a bit steamy even in May. This top floor flat is accessed via quite a steep staircase. Bit of a struggle if you're not young and fit.
