Alles so wie beschrieben, Preis Leistung gut, Wohnung etwas hellhörig ,aber für Kurzztripp Dresden sehr gut geeignet, man bekommt gut einen Parkplatz, kurzer Weg zur S- Bahrn, netter Vermieter,
