This we have taken up and rent on our property, a former farm, near the city center of Dresden, two small townhouses with a total of four apartments, Saxonly cozy for curious Dresden visitors.
In our neighborhood "Strehlen" meets the construction of Gründerzeit villas, historic farmsteads and new downtown architecture and all within an 800 year old village center with a romantic park and a small stream, in a quiet yet very central location of Dresden.
Since September 2016, this apartment is completed. You expect a high quality standard!

This property is very spacious and homely. It has everything you need for a time away from home. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Location for public transport is very good.

It is a bit removed from the city center, but it is very close to the public transportation so you ate in the middle if the center in 10 min. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. There is a very nice and big park nearby for running and walking.the neighbourhood is nice with some old ' fachwerk' houses.
There is a nice sauna very nearby.There is a bike store nearby where you can rent bikes.
The owners live in the building next door. They are nice and helpfull people.
