Very clean and tidy

Both sofas were very uncomfortable especially the leather one it was actually terrible.

Location was great and facilities for kids.

The key system was terrible, one physical key for 4 people. No life, pool, games room, entry to towers without it. Made it difficult at times.

The beds weren’t comfy, the bed my daughter was on had a single mattress under the king mattress which meant if she rolled to the sides it would slide her off the bed

Location was great. The staff were lovely to deal with.

Pretty disappointed with our stay. When we arrived we took over an hour to find our car park. Coastal letting co told us our bay number and car park but no direction on where to find it. It turned out our carpark wasn’t in the main section and we were suppose to enter another way. I Wish we had some sort of direction. The bathroom had no fan and only a towel rack for one towel. The room felt dirty. When we arrived all the glasses and plates were not properly washed so I had to go through all the cupboards and clean them myself. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I could feel the springs and it was causing back and hip pain. I did reach out to coastal letting co who kindly provided another mattress protector but it still wasn’t a very comfy bed. I wouldn’t stay here again and I probably wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either. It would also would have been nice to have a face to face service when picking up the keys and a welcome considering it was the middle of the day when we went to pick them up.
