Generally well cleaned, comfortable and good car parking options
Blood on sheets& pillowcases .. it would have been obvious to whoever made the bed initially it was there but to leave it there was pretty disgusting.
Having only 1 key to the accomodation with 5 people was terrible. Using the pool facilities and lift required keys to get in and out as well as hotel accommodation bathrooms. Keys are required everywhere.. so the family had to come everywhere otherwise you were stuck in the room.

The location is great.
Facilities definitely need an upgrade. Very dusty and old and carpet needs a good clean. Couch needs to be replaced. Dining table and chair to be replaced very wonky.
