Appartamento vacanze Villasimius

The apartment was cozy and cool, with everything you needed available. The terrace is located right outside the apartment, directly opposite the entrance, and is for the exclusive use of guests. Situated on the east side, it is perfect for watching the sunrise and stays nicely shaded during peak hours, making it a great spot to relax with a glass of wine after a busy day. Just remember to always take your keys with you when stepping out, as the doors lock automatically and you will get locked out without them. There is a shop just a few steps away, and it is very close to the center, restaurants, and bars. The beach is a maximum 20-minute pleasant walk away, and the distance goes by very quickly along the promenade. Communication with the owner was positive. I recommend this apartment to undemanding guests who need a base for sleeping and enjoying the charms of Villasimius. Overall, I consider the stay to be very positive.

Central location, 2 mins to restaurant. 20 min walk to beach although there is also a bus to beach. Nice apartment.

Outside area is separate from apartment, not so bad though.

Sono state le foto deii due quadri tessili firmati AD, che Google ha effettivamente riconosciuto come opere dii Annalisa Daga,, a farmi optare per questo appartamento tra le miriadi di sistemazioni a disposizione a febbraio a Villasimius , un bel mese per visitare la Sardegna quando il sole non manca e le spiagge sono deserte e e spettacolari come nelle foto delle guide turistiche. I due personaggi vestiti nei tradizionali abiti sardi, senza volto ma eloquenti, sembrano accogliere il trafelato ospite che si affaccia alla porta di casa, per invitarlo a sedersi intorno al camino e ad ascoltare le leggende tramandate nelle fredde e lunghe notti invernali da una cultura millenaria. Alla mattina il sole che sorge di fronte si riflette sullo specchio illuminando l'intero ambiente. In estate l,'adiacente spaziosa terrazza dece essere un bello spazio aggiunto. Il wifi funziona, la cucina è fornita di tutto, il bagno è funzionale.. Ci aggiungo come positivo per la salute, le scale che se non c'erano ce le saremmo andate a cercare per il paese sempre che non si viaggi carichi come dei muli.

Il condominio dovrebbe provvedere all,'illuminazione scale , nel frattempo di notte meglio usare la torcia dello smartphone L'illuminazione elettrica nel soggiorno è abbagliante, una lampada da terra di luce calda regolabile sarebbe utile. Delle tendine ai vetri della finestra in camera e dietro la finestra della TV,. In mancanza della lavastoviglie suggerisco di usare i guanti perché l'acqua calda della caldaia è bollente!

Nice interior. Cosy. The living room is bright and spacious with a big dining table. Close to center and really close to a supermarket. Has Wifi which is rare in other accommodations. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Nice and friendly Host.

The terrace opens from the stairs, not connected directly to the apartment.
