Die Unterkunft hatte uns total gut gefallen.
Sauber, gut ausgestattet, zentrale Lage, Strand fussläufig zu erreichen und der große Balkon ist grandios.
Und das Personal absolut zuvorkommend.
Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Top Lage & Parken: Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und bietet den großen Vorteil eines eigenen Stellplatzes in einer Garage.
Ausstattung & Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber und angenehm großzügig geschnitten.
Die Terrassen: Ein absolutes Highlight sind die zwei großen Terrassen – durch die Ausrichtung findet man zu jeder Tageszeit entweder ein sonniges oder ein schattiges Plätzchen.
Erhebliche Lärmbelästigung: Da sich die Wohnung direkt über einer sehr gut besuchten Weinbar befindet, war es bis tief in die Nacht hinein extrem laut. Am Wochenende hat die Bar bis 2:30 Uhr geöffnet. Durch den Boden hört man laute Stimmen, das Rücken von Stühlen und sogar das Dröhnen des Händetrockners (Vacuumdryer). Das war leider eine große Einschränkung, dessen man sich vor der Buchung unbedingt bewusst sein muss.

L'appartamento è molto bello e curato, ha una bellissima terrazza e con tutti i comfort e la posizione è ottima.
Se devo trovare qualcosa direi letto troppo duro.

Sept stay. Location excellent. Free parking. 2 Big bedrooms/bed. Big living room & 2 big terraces, front & back. Host friendly & on time for check in/out.
Very small shared shower & kitchen area. ( two bedrooms) Front terrace/ balcony looking over bars/restaurants, music until 1am.
Generally, always have bug spray for sitting out in Sardinia, the mosquitoes are small but they like to bite!
