Struttura nuova , appartamento molto accogliente , pulito e dotato di tutti i confort . Un eccellente spazio esterno esclusivo , con sedie , tavolo e grande ombrellone . Posizione strategica a due passi dal centro di Villasimius . Maurizio gentilissimo e sempre disponibile . Da considerare un plus , il posto auto esclusivo in garage . Lo consiglierei a tutti , ci fossero più stelle a disposizione , l’appartamento il Ginepro le merita di sicuro. Paolo e Francesca

Der Vermieter ist super gastfreundlich und alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Als ich die Helligkeit im Schlafzimmer bemängelt habe, hat er sofort gesagt er wird andere Vorhänge anbringen. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Apartment.
