A36 - Avenue Flat in Lagos

Perfect location. Very helpful at the desk of the letting agency when collecting keys The place is 10 mins walk from the main area along the marina , beautiful view of the marina which isn’t shown in the pictures for some reason. It’s about 20 mins from the beach Clean , basic accommodation , has what you need for a short stay, balcony space is nice for enjoying the outside weather Towels provided but for longer stays may need refreshing

No air conditioning , a small fan which does keep you cool but you have sit in front of it I suggest you bring / buy toilet roll and also toiletries as the ones provided will not last more than 2 days and you don’t want to get caught out with no toilet roll in the night. There is a Pingo Doce and a LIDL just a few minutes walk They do provide a little breakfast in a bag outside your door which is a fruit, a carton of juice, bag of cereal, carton of milk (every other day) and a roll with one slice of ham in. 2 pillows were quite flat , usually I prefer to have at least 4 , minor issue though Key kept jamming in door , hopefully they fix this

The apartment was really nice. Great location, clean, good wifi.

It would have been nice to get fresh towels every 3 or 4 days. It's great that they offer breakfast and deliver it to the door, but it would be better if they asked us what we eat and only sent that. We felt like we were creating a lot of food waste because they sent a lot of food we didn't eat.

We like the location and the host.

The room and the bathroom are small and uncomfortable.

Die Lage war recht zentral und für Reisende mit dem Zug vom Bahnhof aus schnell zu erreichen; kleiner Balkon mit Ausblick auf den Yachthafen.

Das Appartement ist "zweckmäßig" eingerichtet, aber mehr auch nicht. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen und ein wenig angemackt oder funktionierte nicht (konnte z.B. die zwei Herdplatten in der Kochzeile nicht in Gang setzen, Waschbecken leckte und setzte den Unterschrank unter Wasser - das wurde nach meiner Reklamation repariert; Toilettenspülung funktionierte nur "mit gutem Zureden" ...). Die Küchenzeile ist auch nur sparsam mit sehr altem, zusammengestückelten Gerät und Geschirr ausgestattet und lädt nicht wirklich zur Nutzung ein, eine Tasse stand klebrig im Schrank und musste erst mal gespült werden, wofür ich mir einen eigenen Spülschwamm besorgt habe, da ich den vorhandenen nicht nutzen wollte ... überhaupt putzen - konnte bei der Ankunft erst eine Stunde nach dem offiziellen Check-in in das Appartement, da man mit dem Putzen noch nicht fertig war ... Nun ja, s. oben ... Wer sich einen Kaffee machen will, sollte für die Uralt-Kaffeemaschine Filtertüten mitbringen. Auch das Bett ist eher Billigausführung mit ziemlich weicher Matratze, aus dem Lattenrost schaute schon bei Ankunft eine Latte abgebrochen heraus. lärmempfindliche Menschen werden sicher mit der belebten Verkehrsstraße, auf die das Appartement zeigt, ihre Probleme haben. Ach ja und den Müll muss man vor Abreise auch selbst entsorgen (sonst € 20,00 "Strafzahlung ") - eine entsprechende Station mit öffentlichen Abfallbehältern findet sich tatsächlich an der Ecke zur Straße hinter dem Gebäude.
