Central Lagos town center apartment near Marina

Mattresses of main bed and sofa cum bed, both are not good. Kitchen can have one or more pans and drawers handles were dirty. There could be one doormat at the entrance and its required as we straight enter from raw dusty path to apartment. Yes location to enter into flat you may feel little strange but its OK as situated at verywell place. Near main Marina, Parking, Bus station and Grocery stores.

The property was self contained had everything we needed if we wanted to cook , it even had a dishwasher and washing machine , bed was comfortable quite firm , also has a sofa bed for larger family , lovely dining area , shower was spacious with good water pressure. Close to Marina at the front of building, short work to old town and beach

I would have liked a change of bedding as there isn’t enough time to wash it and dry it on the maiden indoors, front door was difficult to open and close. It would be good to have a smart tv to log into Netflix etc if you wanted to stay in . As the window backs onto a parking area and road with tall buildings it could be quite noisy some mornings and they was also a building site across the road .

L’emplacement à proximité de la marina est très bien. La salle de bain et la douche étaient grandes et bien fonctionnelles.

Le matelas du lit était très dur et ont sentaient les ressorts. Nous avons alors essayé le divan-lit qui était un peu mieux. Nous aurions aimé avoir 2 ensembles de draps. Il faudrait songer à installer des surmatelas pour les lits. Il serait intéressant d’ajouter des rideaux aux vitres afin d’avoir un peu plus d’intimité puisque l’appartement est au niveau de la rue et du stationnement. Il faudrait songer à remplacer des éléments du frigo et ajouter une cafétière.

The pictures make the apartment look nicer than it actually is. It’s a very basic ground-floor apartment, with the entrance through a dusty, unpaved parking area. The same applies to the views from the windows, and there is essentially no privacy if you leave the windows open. The door lock was broken and quite difficult to lock and unlock, which was inconvenient. The mattress could also be more comfortable, and the space around the bed is very limited. There were also some simple things that could have been improved. For example, no coffee table next to the sofa, so it was difficult to actually use it. Cooking equipment, such as frying pan, completely scratched. There were no or limited cleaning supplies available for the floor or kitchen, and given the price we paid for the apartment, we really didn’t feel it was reasonable to spend additional money on basic cleaning products ourselves. If we had paid half of what we actually paid, I probably wouldn’t have complained as much. However, considering the price, the condition of the apartment and the overall experience did not represent good value for money.
