I have stayed here a few times , this apartment 904 is my favourite so far ,the situation of it and the views where excellent for me !
Quiet honestly , for me it was all I needed , I come to Lagos to visit my son , and it’s handy for him to visit me there , I like the fact it has a washing machine, and close to the marina and not too far from the town !
I am sure I will be returning !

Property's neighborhood is great: big and clean swimming pool, toilets, bar, dozens of sunbeds... There are plenty of locations to park as well.
Apartment needs a serious refurbishment. Beds are quite bad. There is a big lack of facilities. There's no even kitchen soap or hand soap in the toilet (this is a red flag). The apartment is quite far from the city center (15min walking through a hill).
