A holiday home in a beautiful and tranquil cottage area only a short walk from the lovely coast in northern Halland. The house is well planned with several patios and has nature as a setting. The south facing balcony has both sun loungers and a protective pavilion. Here you enjoy both the morning coffee and your warm barbecue evenings.From the parking lot, a staircase leads you up to the balcony and entrance. On the ground floor there is a large bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and has a dining area. The bedroom has a wide single bed and a sofa bed (140 cm). In the spacious living room there is a fireplace, large modern TV with canal digital's selection. There is fiber and free wifi. A spacious dining table and a large comfortable sofa that has two extra beds. From the living room you have access to the terrace. There are sun loungers and a spacious dining table under a protective pavilion. You can create both transparency and weather protection. The ceiling lamp here both glows and provides heat.The upstairs has a large bright bedroom with a double bed and a single bed / daybed. The fireplace here should not be fired in. The bathroom has both shower and bathtub.The hilly and secluded grounds are leafy and lush with beautiful flowers and roses. You have several smaller patios with garden furniture to choose from.A short walk through the nearby horse farm will take you to Smarholmens fine swimming spot. Here you will find both sandy beach and lovely rock baths. Nearby Lervik has both a restaurant and an ice cream parlor as well as a smaller marina. The area is perfect if you want to bring bicycles. The nearest town is Onsala. Here is everything you need for your vacation. A short drive will take you to Kungsbacka, a pleasant urban area with cozy cafes and shops.On the other side of the Kungsbackafjord is Tjolöholm Castle, Sweden's only tudor castle. Well worth a visit. Visit the cultural reserve Äskhults By and Naturum Fjärås Bräcka. Vallda Sandö is not, as the name implies, an island but a peninsula. Here you can see both birds and flowers or take a bath.For the shopping stove there is Hede Outlet, a shopping center in Hede in the northern part of Kungsbacka.Fishing in the sea is free and in the Kungsbackaån river there are both trout and salmon and also one of Sweden's best perch fish. Fishing license required.For the golfing enthusiast there are several fine golf courses in the area. Next is Vallda golf & country club.
