The place was really clean. Hot water, nice and minimal decoration, cozy atmosphere, super silent neighborhood. Friendly owner. The place is great for up to 3 guests for as many days as they need it, but not for long when there are 2 couples. It's a really nice place though, and I recommend it.

There was misinformation about the room's beds. The details gave us the information that there is a queen bed, a twin bed and a sofa bed, however there wasn't a twin bed, and the sofa bed was a twin-seater on which a mattress was put. Despite the fact two beds were not ready, the owner, after I sent him a message, ran immediately and arranged the issue, which constitutes a positive credit. Even though the sofa wasn't that comfortable, I have to admit, we stayed just for a night, and I can't count that as a significant problem, because positives were much more than that.

A great short stay in a really accessible city. This apartment was an excellent choice.

Location was great. Hosts were excellent communicators. Easy to access with door codes.

The apartment had two rooms and the bathroom was inside one of the rooms, hence the occupant of the second room had to traverse through the other room to access the bathroom. Only a minor inconvenience.

Very nice place

Lovely neighborhood, good for a walk. Close to tram stop, so easy to get from/to the railway station or any other point. Nice apartment, shared kitchen is spacy and equipped with everything. Smooth communication, I had an issue with the lock, and the owner called me immediately and helped :)

Great sleep!

The room was very cozy, beds were surprisingly comfy. My 3yr young son havent sleep 12hours in a long time, but here he did! Location is also great. And Cornelia always answered imediately. :) Thank you! 🤩

Nice apartment in a beautiful area

The location was excellent, really nice neighbourhood and beautiful building. Alao really good value for the money, the place had everything we needed.

The cleaning was not perfect, we found a sock on the floor that was left there before us. The rooms are alao not that soundproof although our neighbours were pretty quite, it was still possible to hear conversations next door

Not a bad choice for the money.

The apartment is quite cosy and everything works well. The location is quite good. The area is nice, green and quiet. A grocery store is 5 minutes away on foot. The bed was too soft for me but that's a matter or personal preference.

The description does not say that the kitchen and dining area are shared among 4 rooms, plus, you'll have to walk upstairs to the kitchen if you stay on the first floor (3 out of 4 rooms are on the first floor). Most rooms don't have work desks, which might be a minus if you have to work from your room. It really could be cleaner, especially the bathroom. Plus, nobody took out the trash from the kitchen for the entire week.

Historic building in a quiet neighbourhood

We just loved the location - a quiet neighbourhood, 20 minutes walk to the city center, tram stop very close to the house. Also plenty of good restaurants and a grocery in the vicinity. Green area (hill with trees) immediately behind the house. The appartment consists of two rooms, it is spacious and airy. Easy communication with the owner. Good value for money.

Small touches would make a stay more confortable - some shelfs, bedside lights. From the description we did not understand that the kitchen is shared. It was not really a problem at the end as it is very big and clean, yet it would have been more confortabel to have a kitchen inside the appartment.

Simple and comfortable. The facilities are a bit outdated, but everything functions well. Big and well equipped common kitchen. Perfect location if you're coming for the Way Out West festival. Lovely quiet neighborhood.

The apartment is absolutely filthy! We found stained sheet on the bed upon arrival, but the whole place was dusty, dirty and just lacking any cleaning at all.

A place with a lot of potential

The place was spacious and located on a quiet historic street walking distance to the beautiful Haga district. The host allowed us to leave our bikes in the basement which was very appreciated. You can tell that the place has a lot of potential but still needs some work & love to make it top notch. Price was affordable for a big city & location

Please note that the kitchen / dining space is shared between the different apartments. It wasn't clear to us or equally surprised other guests. Still you get a good value of overall space (room + communal) but make it explicit to the guests and then it's all good. We extended our stay for an extra night. We had to move rooms as our original one was booked (no issues here) - however the new room wasn't cleaned and there was obvious dirt left after previous guests.

A mediocre stay (with a lot of potential) in a good location

The location of the apartment and how kind and helpful the host was with us. The size of the apartment, as there was plenty space for 3 people to be comfortable.

The apartment was not clean, there were stains and sticky things in the furniture all around. A room had a broken light bulb and we had to replace it ourselves. Also there is a whirlpool in the bathroom but unfortunately it was not working either. If this kind of things would be taken care of the apartment would be a great stay.

Well located, calm and a nice shared kitchen.

It was really dirty (the room, the bathroom and the kitchen). The sheets and towels were also dirty but our host changed after our request. The room misses basic equipment like a garbage.

Jako dobra lokacija od koje vam do centra Goteborga treba 15ak minuta laganog hoda. Haga je na dohvat ruke. Tramvajska stanica u neposrednoj blizini. Objekt ima zajednicku kuhinju koja je izuzetna.

Vise paznje posvetiti cistoci. Ima dosta zaostalih dlaka po cijelom apartmanu.

Läget, låssystemet, mysighetsfaktorn i rummet samt möjlighet till tidig incheckning

Mitt rum luktade mögel, det låg på bottenvåning så det var full insyn från gatan. Taklampan fungerade inte så man fick ha smålamporna på hela tiden. Otroligt lyhört. Man hörde allt från rummen bredvid och från trapphuset. Vattnet rann ned långsamt i handfatet så man fick ha låg stråle så det inte direkt fyllde handfatet. Ingen papperskorg mer än den lilla i toaletten.

Apartamento muito confortável e limpo, mobilado com muito gosto e com uma localização excecional. Cheio de pequenos mimos como chinelos, mantinhas, secador de cabelo, gel de banho e shampoo. A cozinha partilhada super equipada! Muito limpa, organizada e dispondo de tudo, mas mesmo tudo, o que é necessário e se possa imaginar. Mais uma vez, com extremo bom gosto e tendo à disposição pequenos mimos como café, açúcar, sal, etc. A copa também foi mobilizada com muito gosto, muito agradável para fazer as refeições. Quanto ao anfitrião, extremamente simpático, atencioso e sempre disponível telefonicamente!

Struttura ad est del quartiere Haga, edificio storico molto carino e ben curato facente parte di un complesso composto da edifici identici, suggestivo e affascinante, evoca scenari di altri tempi dalle note romantiche da lume di candela..Mattoncini rossi e interni caldi, bagno e camera top. Cucina in comune che pare di avere una sala ristorante privata, è una cucina talmente fornita che 2 chef contemporaneamente non riuscirebbero a usarla tutta. Veramente soddisfatti. Ripeto complesso molto caratteristico, niente a che fare con strutture moderne con linee minimaliste, ma con interni degni di strutture moderne.

Unica pecca a mio avviso è l' insonorizzazione. Niente di grave, visto che sia noi sia le persone negli altri alloggi, con attenzione e rispetto abbiamo cercato di non creare rumori eccessivi, ma si sa, che certi rumori e suoni sono inevitabili.

Schöner Ort, super um Zeit in Göteborg zu verbringen!

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und hell eingerichtet. Wir waren über eine Woche hier, und hatten die Möglichkeit, in Küche und Kühlschrank unsere Lebensmittel aufzubewahren und in der gut ausgestatteten Küche selbst zu kochen. Man konnte fast alles zu Fuß erreichen, aber auch Bus und Bahn sowie ein Supermarkt sind um die Ecke. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit!

Für manche mag das Bad zu eng sein, für uns hat es gut gepasst.
