Staff was very helpful & friendly, and the room was clean & comfortable.
There was no ice bucket in our room, nor was the ice machine on our floor working.

the location was great, walking distance from all the good stuff... the breakfast was very complete. and the bed was comfortable.
we stayed two nights only, and our room didn't get cleaned, and our towels weren't changed. if we would have stayed more nights i would have made sure i asked the front desk.

They were overbooked, so they made arrangements to go to the next door hotel (holiday inn express). They made it right by not charging and comping for the other hotel room.
