The location of this property near the beach and to John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk was PERFECT! The beach was a very short walk across Gulf Blvd., and shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. We loved hanging out on the balcony at night or early in the morning, as the beach can be seen from there. The main areas were very clean. From the unit, you can see blue chase lounges and cabanas on the beach that are for rent. They come in sets of 2 for 40 daily. Tim was so nice and helpful. You will get his # upon check-in to set that up.The paper towels and toilet paper are the cheap kind. If you want something better, I recommend you buy some on the way or bring it with you if driving. Luggage racks would be nice so guests don’t use furniture for their suitcases. Otherwise, they go on the floor. I have reported some details to the management group, as this unit needs some attention. There were stains on: the drapes by the balcony right at eye level, on one of the bar stools, and on one of the bunk bed comforters. There were clumps of hair in both the shower and bathtub we had to address, and the bathtub in the master looked dingy and dirty. So much so, I used the shower in the other bathroom. I would want to know these types of things when I'm booking. The property management seems to care about this, so I hope these issues will be addressed.We still had a great time! With a few minor investments to spruce this unit up, it would take it from good to great!

Pros: beautiful location, short walk to the beach and to John's Pass. Also close to other locations. Annamarie Island only an hour away and Fort De Soto only 30 minutes away. Checkin was very easy and easy instructions of how to get into apartment. The elevator in the building always worked and never a long wait. The views in the apartment were spectacular! Loved waking up to the views and also enjoyed the sunsets. There is a closet full of beach accessories that was very convenient!!
Cons: The bathrooms were not as cleaned as I would like for them to be (but I'm very picky about bathrooms). There was still hair in the shower and the tub was still dirty from previous guests. The shower pressure was very low and it was hard to wash your hair etc.
Overall amazing stay!!! Our family had an amazing time!!! We would stay again if the shower heads were replaced. Hope this review helped!

The positives were the view and easy access to the beach.
Negatives- Unit was not clean . Linens were dirty and crushed. Dirty utensils were placed in the drawer. 2nd bedroom is exactly like you see in the picture. It’s the size of a closet with bunk beds. Parking is really expensive.
