My room was previous smoker used. I have allergies. They have strict rules about smoking in designated areas. But someone previously didn’t adhere. I kept the window open. Machine took money for meds. I didn’t get. Twice. Deposit beware. But refunded. Whew.

The staff was very good and the room clean and comfortable. I think to prefer the top floor if I choose on my next stay.

Upon leaving, the check in office was closed and was not sure what to do with the room key. I called the phone number posted on the door and called with a "good morning" in a nice polite manner, however the person who answered did not identify the hotel name upon answering and demeanor was rude. That was a sour note upon leaving. I was going to asked of staying another few days, but after his response I choose to go elsewhere. I was wondering why no late night staff for assistance if needed. 🤔

Overall a good stay.

Staff was very friendly and able to accommodate my needs. The laundry facility is very convenient. They have a smoking area in the back so you have somewhere to go.

Unfortunately you cannot smoke legal cannabis on the premises without being evicted. I think someone had maybe smoked an illicit substance in the elevator at some point.

Fridge and stove top was convenient.

Unfriendly location for kids, constant complaints about noise such as the tv being to loud, banging on the wall from guest because my kids were talking to loud, maintenance man kept knocking on the door and threatened us about getting kicked out the very first night of our stay and the property manager knocked on our door ,they came three times during our first few days of our stay I would not go back there only given 1 roll of tissue for entire week stay no housekeeping except on Monday so no service for 6days of my stay.

Bus transportation and sidewalks. Tough walking in the street.
