With 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, there are comfortable accommodations for up to 20 guests. The home's incredible amenities include a private pool, fire pit, carriage house, and multiple sprawling porches. It's professionally designed with functionality and luxury in mind, with notable features such as handcrafted Venetian plaster finishes and top-of-the-line appliances. The first floor's kitchen and living room have awe-inspiring details, from the backsplash to the fireplace to the light fixtures. There is combined seating for 15 guests to enjoy a meal together at the dining table and island. The first bedroom is down the hall with a king bed and private bathroom.
On the second floor, guests will find 2 more bedrooms, each with a king bed and a private bathroom. There is also a laundry room with multiple, full-size appliances, and a secondary living room that includes a full-over-full built-in bunk. The third floor has an identical floor plan as the second, with the only difference being there are 2 bunks instead of 1. There is a ping pong table in the living area and a balcony with Gulf views on this floor as well. The spiral staircase leads to a lookout tower that has its own sitting area, perfect for sipping a cocktail or enjoying a morning coffee.
There is also a carriage house accompanying the home that has a king bedroom and 2 twins in the loft. It has its own living room and kitchenette with natural, wooden cabinetry and a flat-screen TV. This house was stunning!! I ended up splurging a bit for my bachelorette so that my friends who are young moms would have room to spread out and rest at times while away from their families. Everyone was so thrilled with how grand the house was… and CLEAN. So. Clean. We had so much fun hosting a private chef in the immaculate kitchen. We all had plenty of room to gather both inside and outside in common areas while also sneaking away to our own space in the (very comfortable) bedrooms. A very short walk to both the town & beach while just far enough to enjoy a quiet street and privacy. The hosts were very communicative and all check in /check out was a breeze. Truly the best. We hope to be back!

Great home. Only complaint are the pool alarms going in and out of the home and carriage house. It became a chore to remember the button, but also to load and unload was a two person job. One for the door and one for the button. Other than that beautiful home.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property is beautiful, and there was plenty of room for 17 of us to spread out. The beds in the rooms were very comfortable, and the furniture in living areas was well appointed. The walk to the beach was short, as well as shops and places to eat on 30a. Would absolutely recommend. Our only issue was the back door alarm that seemed to go off on its own terms.
