I’ve done a lot of luxury house rentals with my family and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Amazingly comfortable beds, couches, etc. incredibly clean and modern amenities. The kitchen of my dreams and all of the sport court activities and pools were perfect for the kids. And literally steps away from the most beautiful beach and a short bike ride or 10min walk into town. Everything was thought of, no detail was missed.Only heads up for kids is one of the bunk rooms, the top bunks doesn’t have railings, but outside of that the bunk rooms were perfect for littles.We are already trying to figure out when we can return again! If you’re considering a place in 30A, this is your spot!

The space worked well for the size of our family. We enjoyed having the courts and swimming pool with the beach close to keep everyone entertained. The only downside was that the neighbors were so close.

The vip service is very good Problems from day one, elevator broken and had to wait to have it fixed Had to leave our bonfire experience early because pool alarm door kept going offSo we waited to have them come and fix. With someone having to push the alarm every 30 seconds or so the alarm wouldn’t blare. Fireplace in livingroom doesn’t workOutdoor fireplace doesn’t workAnd the place needs a deep cleaning Ceiling fan in first floor bedroom is grossMost of furniture has some stains and some of carpets as well.And a very weird smell in staircase lower section.For the price, wouldn’t rent again
