Come and spend your next family/friends vacation in style at this new construction home at Canyon Lake. Located conveniently just minutes away from tubing at the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River; less than a mile to the Canyon Lake Dam, and just a 5 minute drive to the boat ramp; 3 miles from The Preserve - it is a perfect setting to relax and enjoy with family and friends.
Highlights of this two story 5BR/ 4 1/2 bath are; master suit with attached bath down stairs, and 4 additional bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of dining space for 8 plus an additional 4 extra seats at the bar counter. The house also features a bar area with ice maker-machine and mini fridge.
Covered patio has sitting lounge area, table, a six burner gas grill so you can enjoy evening cookouts; and there is a fire pit for you to make some S’mores and relax.
This home sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. King size in master, Queen beds in 3 bedrooms and full bunk beds with a trundle for additional sleeping.

We enjoyed the Modern farmhouse decor, the comfortable furnishings and well appointed kitchen as well as the patio seating. The floor plan is great for several couples or a large family. The separate bar with ice maker was great for our pre and post wedding celebrations. The property is ideal for those going to a wedding at The Preserve.

This is the perfect house for couples. This was our 3rd year staying in this house during our annual vacation with friends and always love everything about this house!

Hi y’allThis property was absolutely amazing. We were down for my husband’s birthday weekend with friends and we loved it. The best part is the host Jorge and Mable were so responsive. Due to the Texas winter storm we had to stay a couple more days without any problems and we would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts. The neighbors were exceptional as well. We will be renting again but this time in the summer! -Nedra
