Room was very clean and absolutely wonderful. Balcony was decent size and large footprint. I loved variety of the dishes offered. There is something for everyone and each meal was fresh and flavorful. Staff was friendly , spa was clean and not too busy. Strongly recommend this place.

The hotel and grounds are very very nice. This place would be a very nice accommodation even in the EU or USA. It's very expensive for local people in Bosnia. But as an American it is about 1/5 th the cost of anything similar in the USA. And the staff was outstanding.
The only issue I had was a problem with the TV in the room.

It was a great place to stay. The breakfast was wonderful with many options. The beds were very comfortable and our room was spacious. The staff was vey friendly.
It was very warm in our rooms, and the air conditioning wasn't working because the hotel was still set to heating. We opened our windows to counteract this but it would have been better to have air conditioning. Also, there was a train that was very loudly blowing its whistle throughout the night, which because we had our windows open it woke us up.
