Very well located, super comfy bed and pillows, amazing shower, nice staff, good price for the location, good amenities. Overall pretty satisfied! I hadnt had the chance to try the breakfast as I left early, so I cannot comment on that.
From apartment 1, you can hear everything from the reception, and there is also a lot of light shining through the door via the corridor.

The location is hard to beat- just outside the Old town and steps away from the Latin Bridge. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was adequate. Great value, except if you have mobility issues or are travelling with large suitcases.
The picture suggests that the entire building is a hotel- it isn't the ground floor is some kind of commercial establishment. The actual hotel is approached through a narrow corridor and is on the second and third floors and can be a little disconcerting when arriving late (11.15PM) and the front desk is unmanned. There are no elevators, and breakfast is served in the basement so it will be an issue for people with mobility issues

An amazing location and very attentive staff. The old parts of Sarajevo are all there. You are in the middle of it, while also not in the middle of the crowds. The staff are very kind. They carried my suitcases up and down two flights of stairs. The room was clean and passable, but basic.
My room did not have any windows, apart from one acting as an ornamental mirror. There is a high up sky light which I was unable to shut, so there was an irony of no windows at all, but a lot of light starlight on you first thing in the morning. It is very expensive for the level of facilities provided. I guess, it is all about the location, which was fantastic.
