Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Frühstück war reichlich. Personal war aufmerksam
Es standen nicht die Zimmer zur Verfügung wie sie gebucht wurden. Der Preis der hier angegebenen wurde stimmte nicht mit dem vor Ort überein.
2 Einzelzimmer a 99,24 € plus 10 € je Hund/Nacht gebucht. Ergibt einen Preis von 198,48 €.
Erhalten 1 Einzelzimmer und 1 Dreibettzimmer für insgesamt 277,65 €.
Dann stand im Check-out 23:59 Uhr. Um 12 Uhr wurden wir aufgefordert das Zimmer zu räumen. Konnten dann aber nach Diskussionen bis 15 Uhr auschecken.

The check-in staff were nice. The room was large, and the beds were comfortable.
The carpets in the room had a big stain on them. The bathroom was okay, and we showered late because we had an early start, but in the morning, the smell in the bathroom from the drain was awful. Something needs to be done about that. They advertise a free shuttle to the airport, which is why we chose the hotel and they told us at check in they would take us however in the morning they wanted us to take a taxi they had waiting for 20BAM. The airport is 1km straight up the road. We reminded them that Dino had said he would take us complementary and told them that we didn't have 20BAM, and they just shrugged and walked away. Very disappointing.
