Schönes altes Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen, gut renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Haus- und Wohnungsöffnung mittels Code, so dass man keinen Schlüssel bei sich zu tragen hat. Schöner Außensitzbereich mit Bänken. Evtl könnte der Vermieter bei Gelegenheit eine Bank tauschen gegen eine mit Rückenlehne. In der Küche bequeme Stühle und schöner Bezug. Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist fantastisch, nachts fahren keine Züge.
Leider war nicht alles Geschirr und Besteck in den Schränken ganz sauber und auch nicht alle Schubladen. Bei vier Personen waren die 2 Tabs für die Spülmaschine zu wenig für eine Woche, da wir fast täglich kochten. Die Polster im Wohnzimmer und einige für die Außensitzbänke müssten gereinigt oder erneuert werden - drinnen fleckig und draußen 2 Bankauflagen von 4 nicht benutzbar. Das zweite kleine hintere Schlafzimmer hat wenig Ablagefläche.

De locatie, pal tegenover het station van Eijsden, was top. Een keer per uur rijdt er een stoptrein naar Maastricht en je bent er binnen een kwartier. Prima appartement!
Kookfaciliteiten zijn wat beperkt.

De inrichting was gezellig, het was schoon en een parkeerplaats voor de deur.

Leuke locatie
Het was er vies. Pluk haren op het bed, bank vol vlekken en kruimels, muizen keutels in het keukenkastje en badkamer.
