Location is perfect, metro and bus station just hundred meters away. Bed is very comfortable as well, quiet for night sleep and room size is adequate. Staff are very accommodating and responsive. Internet is good.

Nothing much, it’s fairly good. Bathroom needs a bit of freshening. Cleaning personnel should do routine clean up, although they address any request promptly. Adding breakfast could be perfect.

The location is very good. There are lot of amenities in the area. The commute to the local attractions is comfortable. The front room staff were excellent and really helpful. They helped us navigating the area and gave us very useful information.

The bed could have been better. The toilet door handle in room 304 was broken. The TV did not work. For the whole week, we couldn't watch TV. The remote did not work (I had to go few centimetres close to the TV for the remote to work, which did not help when you are in bed). There is no English channel. Coming from the UK, I did not understand anything in Turkish language. For the whole week, I literally did not have access to the TV. This part has nothing to do with the hotel but tourists should be extremely careful about the scammers. There are lot of them. Make sure you check the prices on the menu in the fine dining restaurants and check the final price. Also, you should bargain about the prices on the street; soon as they sense that you are a tourist, they try to inflate the price a few hundred times. In some cases, they won't accept Lira, they ask for Euro, which I was not prepared for.
