    Location of hotel was not bad and competitive price. Staff was helpful and offered us a room upgrade to top floor. They assisted with taxi booking as well. Overall was a good stay during our transit in Istanbul.

    Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience during my stay at this hotel. When I booked the hotel through Agoda, I specifically requested a non-smoking room. However, from the moment you step into the hotel, the whole place reeks of cigarette smoke, and they try to mask it with a very strong air freshener, which doesn't help at all. Not only was I given a room where smoking was allowed, but there was also an ashtray in the room that was full of cigarette butts and hadn’t been emptied. Upon arrival, we were given a room that seemed like it had been completely forgotten to be cleaned. The floor was covered in trash, and the sheets were stained. When we complained to housekeeping about the stained sheets, they said all their sheets were like this and that no matter how much they wash them, they can’t get them clean. I found this explanation completely unacceptable. After complaining to the reception, they kindly changed the room, but even in the second room, the sheets were still stained, and the room smelled of smoke. The worst part was that when you took a shower, the entire bathroom flooded. It was a terrible experience, and I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

    Good - perfect location - clean room - sleek design - friendly and helpful staff Not good - Tiny room and window overlooking to next building wall no sunlight but it was ok if you use the room just for sleeping - TV broadcast wasn't working - not enough ventilation in the bathroom hence smells a bit rough Definitely recommend if you are after a budget stay
