Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

When you're not playing around in the gulf surf, spend a little time getting to know the resort with trips to the shared pool, seasonal snack shack, and fitness center.

Tee off on the lush green fairways of Kelly Plantation Golf Club, just three miles east, for a little early-morning exercise. Also three miles east, you'll find All-A-Board Surf School, where you can get private or group lessons from seasoned instructors to get up and crashing waves in no time! The Track - Destin is only a half-mile west and loaded with go-cart and bumper car rides that everyone will love.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Highly recommended! Loved everything about this rental. My only complaint is, the walls are thin so you can hear anyone that’s staying in the connecting unit. We also went while they were renovating the building so we were not able to sleep in and the noice just became really annoying after so long. Other than that, I would definitely return, after renovations are completed.

This condo had tons of natural light and a great open floor plan for a family gathering. Bedrooms were perfect layout for 3 single adults, but could easily accommodate a larger family. If you’re looking for a view of the beach, this condo is not for you, but the close proximity to elevator and stairs and trash chute was a better deal for our preferences. This is by far one of the nicest condos we have stayed in at Sterling Shores! 10/10 would recommend.

My family loved our stay in 219B! We were blown away by the interior design and how clean the condo was. We had a beautiful view of the sea and were within walking distance of the beach! All the amenities and accessories were available! I would rent this condo again. and again
