And for all ages fun, hit the waterslides at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, just two miles west. THINGS TO KNOW Full kitchen with dishwasher, Free WiFi, Central air conditioning, Elevator in the building, Outdoor shower, No smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the property. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound.
