写真の通りの間取りで非常に快適です。
京都の中心部まで歩いて10分という好立地なうえ
歩いて1分程のすぐ目の前にコンビニ（デイリーヤマザキ）があります。今回は車で利用しましたが、すぐ近くにコインパーキングが2.3箇所あり繁忙期でも停められました。（夕方以降なら空いてます。）
長期間の滞在もストレスなく過ごせて
外国人はもちろん、日本人もどこか懐かしさを感じながら過ごせる物件です。
スタッフさんの対応も良く、丁寧な印象を受けました。
また利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。
ここの施設の注意点は
2階に寝室があるのですが階段が急です⚠️
手すりはあるのですが、小さなお子様（特に走り回るご年齢）は
ご注意ください。
滑り止めシートが貼ってあれば少しは安全なのかなと思いました。
靴下の場合は滑りやすいのでご注意ください。

Vivienda tradicional muy bonita.
Muy amplia, comparada con otros alojamientos de ese precio (eramos 3, quizá ya muy justo para 4).
Buena ubicación.
Las escaleras son muy empinadas y estrechas. Ya lo habíamos leído, no apto para cualquiera.
La foto del canal no corresponde con la realidad.
La secadora no funciona (o nosotros no supimos hacerla funcionar).

if i come again, i would choose here again.
warm space during winter, eventho space a bit tight, but still very comfortable. definitely worth the price

Great location. Plenty of room. Nice bathroom. Useful washing machine. Comfortable beds. Very helpful when we changed plans and needed an extra futon for the last night.
A few minor things - some stains on walls around bin area, only 3 mugs, one of the plates was chipped.
