near to all tourist place, downtown, gion, morning walk to komono river nearby to bus stop which was direct to kyoto station, 7e and local convenience store walking distance. if i come again, i would choose here again. warm space during winter, eventho space a bit tight, but still very comfortable. definitely worth the price

Great location. Plenty of room. Nice bathroom. Useful washing machine. Comfortable beds. Very helpful when we changed plans and needed an extra futon for the last night.

A few minor things - some stains on walls around bin area, only 3 mugs, one of the plates was chipped.

Appartamento vicino a Kamo river, appena fuori dalla via mondana. Comoda al servizi principali (bus, metro, confini). Appartamento molto grande, di due piani. Al piano terra: cucina, zona giorno e bagno. Al primo piano le due camere da letto, una con tatami l’altra con i due letti. La casa è molto pulita e offre i principali confort per poter soggiornare tranquillamente (é presenta lavatrice/asciugatrice, i principali elettrodomestici per la cucina). Molto comodo il self check-in.

Love that it is self contained and in close walking proximity to the Shijo-Dori Street shopping, restaurants and a grocery store. When we checked in, a few thoughtful amenities were provided complimentary including coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, green tea, sugar, laundry liquid, washing up liquid, body wash, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Nothing. We loved all of it! Though just note there are steep stairs to climb up to the bedroom area, so this property wouldn’t suit all types of travellers
