it gave us a base to look around. walkable distance to the Kyoto stn.
as a westerner I found the bedding only ‘adequately comfortable’.after a day of walking I was looking for a comfortable chair for the three of us. ( only on ground dining chairs) I felt the bedding could have been cleaner. ( mould was present on one futon)

Noise can be heard easily as walls are thin. But that is normal in Japan.
