La posizione era comoda per raggiungere la stazione e la via commerciale, fitto di negozi per lo shopping. Vicino anche Pontocho e quartiere delle geishe. Vari supermercati vicini e pure fermate bus e metro. Nei vicoletti accanto tanti ristorantini. La possibilità di utilizzare le piattaforme digitali alla TV. Buona la presenza di 2 water, peccato per una sola doccia.
Pulizia scarsa, casa polverosa e letto matrimoniale rotto e presenza di sporcizia sotto il giraletto. Abbiamo avuto seri problemi di chiusura della porta di accesso nonostante sia intervenuto un tecnico. Le stoviglie erano impolverate, il frigo pure. Consiglio di lavare la tappezzeria del divano. Casa di un caldo asfissiante nonostante la presenza dei condizionatori.

Very nice accommodation close to the traditional / old town of Kyoto. Excellent location. Short walk to food and shopping malls, short walk to Gion. 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs (low ceilings and beams, beware if you are very tall).
On day 2 - our hot water failed to work, it was snowing and freezing. We were moved to different accomodation on day 3, but only after long discussions with property managers. New accomodation was excellent - but it was inconvenient to move our family of 5 whilst trying to keep our tour bookings etc. Still, we were grateful for the company providing alternative accomodation.
