Grand Josun Busan

Hotel was very nice, staff were very good? Felt luxurious.

Had to fight for an extra bed, initially were told it wasn’t possible and then managed to negotiate, which felt unnecessary when clearly we could have one all along

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Josun Hotel and would definitely choose it again. We stayed on the Kids Floor, and our daughter, who had just turned 12, absolutely loved the room and all the thoughtful amenities designed for children. The hotel's location is excellent, right on Haeundae Beach and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafés, and shops. It made exploring Busan very easy. We also enjoyed the food, both at lunch and through room service, which was of a very high standard. Above all, the staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile.

The only minor drawback was that our city-view room could be a little noisy at night because of the traffic. It wasn't a major issue for us, but light sleepers may prefer a different room type.

Everything was to high standard and the staff treats you like royalty. Best location on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Room was faultless in every aspect. Great facilities including indoor and outdoor pools and a convenience store onsite.

Hotel restaurant prices were on the high side (although I believe the standard there to be as fantastic as the rooms) so we didn't eat here.

Superb location right beside the shopping street and seaside. Warm and big pools with great view. Kids float provided for free. Cosy and big room. Free laundry area and kids amnesties available for rent.
