Très grand appartement lumineux avec un très grand canapé et des lits confortables. Une grande salle de bain. Une grande cuisine. On avait des serviettes tous les jours et sur 5 nuits, ils ont fait 1 fois le ménage.

Une grande cuisine sans équipement donc à quoi ça sert. Pas de couteau, pas de vrai verre, 6 assiettes au total de 3 tailles différentes. Pas de condiments. Pas de torchon. Juste une poêle, une casserole et un cuiseur à riz. Et il y a des mauvaises odeurs dans les salles de bain et dans la baignoire sur le balcon. La clim dans la chambre de mes filles faisait beaucoup de bruit. Salle de bain à part petite. La piscine est payante. Problèmes avec les prises pour charger.

We stayed at this property for about a week as three adults (mother and 2 teenage daughters) in a room with one small double bed and one single bed. We requested an extra blanket, but it was available only for an additional 10,000 KRW per day, so we decided not to get one. The location is excellent—very close to the beach and convenience stores. The building itself is new, modern, and attractive. The apartment is equipped with a smart control system (although everything was in Korean 😊), and fresh towels were provided daily.

However, despite the apartment being new, clean, and technologically advanced, it lacked some very basic conveniences. For example, there were no hooks at all in the bathroom for hanging towels or clothes, and there was no drying rack or clothesline on the balcony for drying laundry. The kitchenette was reasonably well equipped with dishes, a microwave, and a cooktop. There was also a washing machine in the apartment, but upon arrival we were told not to use it and were instructed to use a 24-hour self-service laundromat instead. I never understood why. In fact, having a washing machine in the apartment was one of the main reasons I chose this property in the first place. The building has a gym and a beautiful infinity pool on the top floor. Both are absolutely stunning, but access requires an additional fee. One unexpected challenge was that the only mirror in the entire apartment was in the bathroom. For three women sharing the room, getting ready each day required a bit of patience and coordination! An additional mirror outside the bathroom could be helpful Housekeeping was provided twice during our stay, which was appreciated. Our biggest frustration occurred on the first day. We arrived and spent about 40 minutes trying to check in. The lobby was completely empty, and we had no idea what to do. Eventually, through the chat service, we were informed that there are actually two apartment buildings and that check-in for our building was located on the 3rd floor. This is something that should have been clearly communicated in advance and would have saved us a lot of time and unnecessary stress. Overall, the property has many positives: a fantastic location, modern facilities, and a beautiful building. However, the lack of some basic amenities, the confusion at check-in, and the inability to use the in-room washing machine were disappointing. For that reason, I'm not sure I would choose to stay here again or recommend it without reservation. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆
