Haeundae Marine Capsule Hotel&Spa

- location. Haeundae beach a 10min walk away - facility is very clean - shower area included hot water spa and sauna

- looker room and the locker itself are extremely small. One person opening a large suitcase is already blocking the entire locker room hallway. The locker will fit only your shoes and a small toiletry bag. A backpack will NOT fit - no hand soup in the changing area. The only hand soup available was sitting in the restrooms - no air ventilation inside the cabin. It gets extremely hot in there - the female staff looked like she was doing anything else but her job. Constantly on her phone or doing her makeup in the open break area. She will also asks you to put in a good hotel review in order to get a free croissant as breakfast. She let me pick from 3x different croissants when doing the check in. The next morning, I received the wrong one...she didnt even get that order correct

Everything about this property was amazing. The beds and sleeping space was super clean, and they provided lockers to put all valuables in. The washroom was very clean, and the showers were too.

L'hotele est bien situé, propre et le spa est un véritable plus!!

Everything was great . The location the comfort , I loved the sauna and the bath addition for that price point .

Only one point about towels and cleaning my bed. Since I’ve stayed 4 nights no towels were replaced nor bedding.
