Entire first floor Condo! This affordable Central Florida condo is 25 minutes from Legoland and within 29 miles from Disney, and Universal Studios. It includes a generous living room, bedroom and includes a full kitchen. This is an economical way to enjoy vacationing.
Sit on the patio and enjoy the sunsets.
The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a daybed with trundle. There is a fully equipped kitchen and ample dining and living space. Includes a compact washer and dryer for smaller loads of wash in suite. There are also full size washer and dryers at multiple laundry facilities available at the complex for fee.
The complex is away from the city center, but a short drive to locale shops and attractions.
The condos in the complex are adjacent to each other. Quiet hours are 11 pm-7 am.
This is a no pet property.

Condo was fine, TV, no pool, no golf not so great.

Condo was Clean, Host was prompt and helpful. Would have been more attractive if a TV was in the bedroom. Pool was at the clubhouse not close the condo. The golf courses were in horrendous condition which is the main reason I would not stay in Greneleaf next winter.

We loved this property! It is far enough out to feel like the country, but not so far that within a few minutes in any direction, you find bustling life. The property was very clean, spacious for a couple and very comfortable. We would look for this place again, if we are in that area. Thank you Mr. Phillips.
