We were a family of 5 and the house was big and comfortable. There was no physical key to the house so a keypad entry made it easy. Toiletries and a hairdryer were provided, which was a plus. The gated community was peaceful but a bit of a drive to get to restaurants and shops.
The host forgot to include the front gate code (of this gated community) and the wi-fi password in the email, but was quick to respond when prompted. Also, a quick tidying up of the property before we arrived would have been greatly appreciated…dusty floors, a dead palmetto bug in the middle of the kitchen floor, a spider web in the kitchen window, two light bulbs were non-functional, and a smoke alarm in the middle bedroom was already sounding when we walked in.
