Great location, good sized apartment
Not the cleanest. The bathroom sink clogged up when I opened the tap and gunk came up from the drain. The gunk stayed in the sink when the water eventually drained. Cleaners must have just wiped the sink without turning on the tap otherwise they would have known about the blockage. Was bombarded with queries for customer feedback and replied thrice yet no one ever replied!

I love the location in and around Chelsea, with easy access to the Sloane Square Railway Station. Viridian hosted apartments are always well appointed and comfortable.
A little flexibility with entry to the property. To charge money to enter the vacant property when we were there 15 minutes early is absurd. As it was, we departed a day earlier, at our own cost - no issue either way.

There was zero AC so it was super uncomfortable. It was extremely hot at all times. We did not cool any of the food we bought because it would make the place extremely hot. Was taking up to four showers a day to stay from over heating and being dehydrated. There was multiple sky lights letting in the hot sun and the apt was unbearably hot. So super disappointed.
It was very hard to sleep, make food or function in the apt being as hot as it was. Trouble connecting to the internet and they were not accepting of holding luggage or allowing early check in
