Chelsea - Sloane Avenue by Viridian Apartments

The location was superb- close to buses, trains and restaurants. Choice of supermarkets was great. Very comfortable beds.

I didn’t like the stairs to the downstairs apartment as they were difficult to manoeuvre with suitcases. It was disappointing to have no view. Minor things like no tissues, garbage bags or sink plug were easily rectified.

Location and space.

Needs a modernisation of the bathroom but functional.

Great location. Quiet. Good sized, comfortable Flat. Close to amenities and easy walking distance of Sloane Square and the tube station

No plug for sink and no tea towels (Really struggling here!).

There’s no real customer support. You talk to an AI that pretends to be helpful. The door is operated by a smart lock. I had an issue with it and it took me a while to figure it out. Called the company but the number did not work. The only reply I had was from the AI on WhatsApp. There were also some minor defects: broken furniture, stains the carpet, broken shower head. One of the wardrobes had an unhinged door. The microwave broke down after second use. I did not bother reporting all this as the AI would have blurted a nice reply. All in all it’s clear that the owners are squeezing every bit of profit from this property, without real investment or care for customers.
