About this apartment rental
Be our guest and enjoy the beautiful views from this top-floor, waterfront condo located on the northeast corner of the B Building. You have wonderful unobstructed views from Tybee for Two. Updated unit with a walk-in shower in the bathroom and a king bed in the bedroom.
Stocked with everything that you will need to have an enjoyable, relaxing vacation experience. The north beach area is more residential and, as a result, is the quieter end of the island. The north beach is a great place to catch a gorgeous Tybee sunset. You will enjoy watching the dolphins play and the ships coming in and out of the Savannah Port from the privacy of your own balcony. Or step out to the beach and get your toes in the sand.
This condo offers a 55" smart television in the living room, a 32" smart tv in the bedroom, and wifi throughout. We highly recommend unplugging and enjoying the beach life!
NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS, NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE. SBRC IS A SMOKE-FREE COMPLEX. NO SMOKING ON THE GROUNDS, HALLWAYS, COMMON AREAS, OR IN THE CONDO. YOU MAY SMOKE ON THE BALCONY, BUT WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE KEEP THE BALCONY DOOR CLOSED WHILE DOING SO. The City of Tybee does not allow smoking on the beaches.

the unit was clean, and we felt at home immediately. The beach below provided a tremendous view, and we did see dolphins swimming off the beach! The host was not only helpful, but fast to respond. Thanks for a great stay! I have already recommended this unit to a friend of mine!

Amazing views from the balcony. Saw dolphins everyday. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Enjoyed walking on the beach everyday and relaxing on the balcony. Some of our favorite activities were the Fort Pulaski, Tybee lighthouse, and the Savannah National Wildlife Refuge drive. We saw several alligators on the drive through the refuge. Condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos. Very comfortable power reclining sofa. Could see the water from the couch. Smart tv’s were great for watching the mens NCAA basketball championship game. Go Blue! King bed was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for what we needed. Host was very responsive anytime we had a question. She checked in with us shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was good. Weather was beautiful most of the week. Enjoyed watching the ships from the balcony. One thing i wish we would of had was beach chairs. Overall a great place!

We were pleasantly surprised that there were no surprises. This cozy unit is tastefully decorated and well stocked with kitchen ware. Very clean, beautiful view.
