Located just a few short steps from the community pool and the beach at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club! Watch ships glide up the channel, or stroll the seashore where you can watch dolphins play in the Savannah River while collecting seashells on the shoreline.
The open plan condo features a beautifully decorated comfortable living area that is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The bright, open floor plan looks out to the balcony and includes the living dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all brand new appliances. There is a cafe table which seats 2 along with seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. Guests will also enjoy having an in-unit all-in-one washer and dryer which is located in the full bathroom. Relax in the newly appointed bedroom that is furnished with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV.
Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.

The view and location could not be better. We saw dolphins every day. The beach was quiet. Very nice pool. The only downside was the mold in the bathroom and the strange smell. The condo looks like the pics. Well stocked kitchen. Building is a little run down but the condo itself is nice.

The address for the check in at the local office is wrong. When we put the address in our maps, it took us 2 miles past where we were supposed to go. The condo however is super nice, close to the water and very private. All the amenities were great!

The room itself was nice. Love the location. Upon arrival, we found many light fixtures either not working or strobing effect. The screen on the patio door was ripped up the side. Called property management immediately, approx. 4:16 pm. No return call until 1:30 pm the following day asking if everything was taken care of. Nothing had ever been addressed. Asked to notify us prior to maintenance entering as we were not there. Came back and found they had been there and fixed only half the problems. Didn’t care for the woman’s response they have 400 properties they take care of. Was that her empathy??
