Ce studio est situé dans un quartier calme, idéal pour un séjour professionnel. Il est propre, confortable et bien équipé, les photos et descriptions correspondent à la réalité. Il est également très lumineux grâce aux nombreuses fenêtres et lumière. Les échanges par messages avec les propriétaires sont fluides. C'était très agréable de rentrer des longues journées de travail dans ce petit cocon. J'ai apprécié l'entrée séparée et le cadre environnant. Je reserverai de nouveau si je dois repasser par ici !
Le seul bémol est l'odeur de voiture assez intense, le studio semblant être situé au dessus du garage. Toutefois une bonne aération durant une 10ène de minutes permet de l'aténuer.

The owner is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The room is spacious and well-equipped. You have everything you need if you want to cook some simple dishes, make coffee, tea, etc. The bed was comfortable and there's extra blankets in the wardrobe. The local area is great if you want peace and quiet: there's green fields with grazing horses just a few meters away. Braine-le-Comte is very practical, there are supermarkets, some restaurants, and is well-connected by train to both Brussels and Charleroi. You can get to the center of Brussels in just 30 minutes.
The room was a bit cold for my taste. There are some electric heaters but they're a bit underpowered given the size of the place and type of construction. I was also not a fan of the shampoo and body gel, packaged in small satchels (like many hotels do). A large dispenser is much more convenient and conveys generosity and hospitality.

Very good, but head room, due to sloping roof make it a bit uncomfortable. Everything else perfect.
