About this house rental
Our Sea Islander Home is available to you and yours for a wonderful Vacation, or for your Parris Island Marine Corps Graduation and Celebration. Located just 2 miles from the entrance to the Marine Corp Recruit Depot at Parris Island, minutes from The Sands Beach and Boardwalk, near Olde Town Port Royal, and the historical City of Beaufort. This home is 45 minutes from Savannah, GA, 60 minutes from Charleston, SC and close to Bluffton and Hilton Head Island too. This home is truly central to it all!
Offering 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7-9) and 2 full baths. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with custom tiled walk in shower with bench, bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds with a trundle bed also. An air mattress is also provided just in case a few more come along. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided for your use.
Open floor plan and the huge kitchen island are made for entertaining your family or group. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and entertain including a crock pot, and a large stock pot for the local favorite - "Frogmore Stew" (no, there are no frogs in it!) The recipe will be waiting for you!
We have porches set up for morning coffee or an afternoon of relaxation after a day at the beach or sightseeing. A gas grill, outdoor eating area and more are awaiting you. Beautiful landscaping surrounds you during your stay.
This is a great home for relaxing and entertaining during your stay, older or younger groups will both be happy in this laid-back atmosphere.
This property also has a second rental home available, The Palmetto Lady. This home has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed. We also have a daybed with a trundle in the upstairs family room, so it sleeps 6 comfortably. The home has 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Like The Sea Islander, this home is fully set up for an enjoyable vacation or your Marine's graduation from Parris Island.
Together, The Sea Islander and Carolina Sea Breeze boast 5 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and will sleep a total of 15 guests. Contact us for more information on renting both homes for your stay!

This was a truly wonderful stay at a charming home in Port Royal, SC.The hosts were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our trip easy and enjoyable. Their hospitality was top-notch, helping us with everything from recommendations for great local places to eat to arranging an early check-in when our travel plans unexpectedly changed.The house itself is cute and quaint, situated on a quiet street. It comfortably sleeps seven and offers plenty of room for everyone, ensuring a relaxing and uncrowded stay.Whether you're in the area for business or for a special family occasion—such as attending a Marine graduation ceremony—this is the perfect place to stay. We would highly recommend it!

The house was beautiful, it was clean and close to the Marine base. We stayed to attend our son’s graduation from boot camp. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay while attending the graduation ceremonies on Parris Island to stay here . The neighborhood was peaceful and the home is beautiful. If we ever end up in the area again I would not hesitate to return . Thank you .
