At 1,666 square feet, this property is larger than the majority of the 3 bed, 2 bath homes listed in the Beaufort area. We visit this property when not booked and we love our quiet Mossy Oaks neighborhood!
1 Hunting Island State Park pass included.
3 miles to Bay Street downtown, 7 Miles to MCAS, 7 miles to Parris Island, 3 Miles to sands beach, 19 miles to Hunting Island State Park (1 vehicle pass included)!
*Any guests looking to stay 30 days or more, please send message before booking. This is not counted as a Short-term stay and local STR occupancy taxes can be avoided :) Potentially less fees for the both of us!
*Max Occupancy: 10 ($100 per night per guest if exceeds 10 without prior approval)
*Pets: Dogs Only/No Cats - $100 per pet fee (max 2) must be added to reservation. $250 fee for undisclosed pets

This is a great place to stay! Hosts were very helpful. The place was very clean and met all our needs. Fenced in backyard was great for our pets. We always bring our boat with us on vacation and the host was very accommodating and allowed us to park it in the front yard. We will definitely try to book this place on future vacations.

We were here for my son’s Marine Corps graduation. The proximity to Parris Island was 13 minutes but felt shorter. Accessibility to stores and restaurants was wonderful. The home was clean and well stocked with towels, shampoo, coffee. The entire house felt very spacious and comfortable. This home superseded our expectations. Also in a very quiet neighborhood.

Everything was perfect. The house was spotless, it had all the necessities and then some. It is so conveniently located near Parris Island that it’s perfect for families there for graduations or visits. Highy recommend!
