Enjoy preparing your own southern cuisine in the large well stocked kitchen or take a lovely stroll to one of the neighborhood restaurants .Enjoy your stay by walking or biking the beautiful trails of Port Royal, you are just a short bike ride to Sands beach and we have bicycles! Port Royal has beautiful walking trails and lovely shops and is just a 2 miles to Parris Island Marine Station and just a short distance to Historic Downtown Beaufort.
Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in #1) " Sweet Dreams" the master room with comfortable king size bed and 400 count all cotton bedding , this room has a full bathroom attached,#2) "The Secret Garden Room" has two twin beds and opens out to a small quite porch which leads to a wonderful outdoor space complete with B.B.Q , picnic table, fire pit , chairs, this area is perfect for s"mores and evening relaxation. Bedroom #3) "Ships Ahoy" this spacious room has a bunk with a full and a twin and also a very comfortable queen size bed. If you are still in need of extra sleeping areas both of our sofas fold out into queen size beds. , free Wi-Fi

The host is phenomenal. The house was perfect for a large Thanksgiving feast. The beds were super comfortable. No complaints at all!!!

Proud Mary was more than we expected! Excellent location and walking distance to great restaurants. Howard and Phoebe are outstanding hosts! We would stay again!

First the good parts. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. When we needed extra supplies, they were promptly provided. The house was spacious and in a nice, safe neighborhood. The bedrooms were comfortable, dining space ample and kitchen appliances functional.However, there were problems. The kitchen was not cleaned well, superficially, yes, but lots of grime and grease and dust on surfaces, stove and refrigerator. Did not use the overhead fan due to very big build up of dust on top. There was a broken window in the basement, making it open to the outside. There was leaking from pipes onto the basement floor and rug when the shower was in use. The decorations around the house were very dusty. While the stay was pleasant enough and accommodated our large family, it seems they hosts only do a superficial cleaning and either weren’t aware of the problems or chose to ignore them as they were out of sight in the basement (they weren’t new). If more attention was paid to details and more time and effort were put into thorough, detailed cleaning, it would rate another star.
