Welcome to your home away from home in historic Port Royal! Enjoy this beautiful, spacious, lowcountry style 1 story 4BR 2BA home in the heart of Old Port Royal. This home has an "open- floor" plan combining living room, dining room and kitchen therefore making it easy to interact with your family and guests. Relax on the front or back porch while you enjoy feeling the southern breezes and saying hello to neighbors walking by.
We are located just 1 mile from the entrance to Parris Island. This home is perfect for those coming to see their new Marine graduate, as well as those coming to explore Port Royal, historic Beaufort, and the gorgeous surrounding areas. The Sands Beach area, a local favorite destination is only a half mile from the house. It includes a small local beach on the Port Royal Sound, perfect for sunbathing and looking for shark's teeth. There is also a public boat launch, boardwalk and observation tower that overlooks Port Royal Sound and Parris Island. One block from the home is the Cypress Wetlands nature sanctuary with its walking trails and boardwalk. Port Royal offers several unique shops, restaurants, and a wonderful gourmet coffee shop, all within walking distance from the house. Enjoy walking and biking on the nearby Spanish Moss Trail. Downtown Beaufort with its waterfront park, shops, and varied dining options is just an 8 minute drive away. We are a 25 minute drive to the beach and lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park and a 40 minute drive to Hilton Head. Charleston is 60 miles away and Savannah is just 40 miles away. They are both easy day trips.

This is Hidden Gem in Port Royal!!!….Pics don’t make justice . Debbie was very nice and responsive at all times. The whole little town is beautiful and walkable. We went from my Son Graduation from the Marines and this House was the Perfect location only 15 minutes away , excellent mostly when some of the days you need to be there at 5am to avoid long lines.Overall HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The host Debbie is amazing! Great communication & the house is perfect with everything you need for a stay away from home. Cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! Walkable to the Cypress Wetlands which is a must with a camera, birds, turtles, and gators galore! Short drive to the Sands Beach and the Henry Robinson Boardwalk where you can watch the dolphins frolicking in the water. There was ice cream, pizza, breakfast, and coffee walkable nearby, Major stores like Publix and Piggly Wiggly were just a short drive. We ate at Fish Camp on 11th Street and it was delicious, our server was fantastic, and the sunset on the water views from our table were so pretty!! This VRBO is in a perfect location for getting to and from Parris Island for Family Day and Graduation! Just an overall awesome experience! 10/10 Recommend!

We went for my 2 sons USMC graduation and it was perfect. Great location, description is accurate. Madison’s restaurant is amazing highly recommend. Would love to come back for an actual vacation. The homemade treats on the counter were the sweetest touch and so tasty too. Just mad at myself because I forgot to write our story in the guest book. Thank you for everything!!

The pictures on VRBO was spot on. The house was very clean, neat, and ready to welcome us as visitors. The location was fantastic since it was about 2 1/2 to 3 miles from the Marine Corps graduation that we attended on Parris Island. I would definitely stay there again.
